The September Life History files have been uploaded.
Here are the most important events:
- The breeding season starts early this year, due to good rains: Amarula’s five pups at Baobab (only two of which survived) and AJB’s 4 pups at Hakuna Matata – and more to come from Swift’s litter at Whiskers who haven’t emerged yet.
- Another new wild group is being habituated, the (Little) Creatures (CR), with 7 individuals. They live in the center of the reserve and were found with camera traps near their burrow.
